The iLead curriculum is made up of values-based roundtables designed by leadership guru, Dr. John C. Maxwell to allow the next generation of leaders to develop themselves, their values, and their leadership skills.

Teens Turning Peer Pressure Into Peer Support (13-18) With our Youth Leadership and Development program, we help youth identify and build on their strengths and weaknesses so that they can become the best version of themselves. The tools and resources help them to develop a plan for success. They gain clarity and confidence as they take the steps necessary to make their dreams a reality.

Will give the youth we serve, the skills and knowledge that will help them in making informed and effective financial decisions.

Family Enrichment & Family Matters

The organization engages parents to actively support their children’s future by offering the following programs: Parenting on Purpose and Raising Children in the 21st Century. We are bridging the gap between parent and child.

Sports

The sports program offers basketball training and more. We also provide an alternative basketball program for high school players to compete on a varsity level outside of their respective schools. The program offers community service, college tours, leadership training, male empowerment, and team-building activities.

Youth and Facilitators don't just learn "why not" to drink and drive, they practice it.

Mentoring Programs

Through our mentoring program, we work with community agencies to help our mentees improve their academic performance, learn new skills, increase their self-confidence, and make better decisions. Those who teach and mentor are change-agents.

The Power WITHIN Youth & Family Conference

For middle & high school students to connect school and summer. Among its activities are team building, motivational and educational workshops, and prevention programs. The conference hangs on the quote by Marianne Williamson, "What are Your Deepest Fears?"

Financial Literacy for Adults and Couples

Will learn to talk about money & work through financial disagreements. Couples will not only be taught how to talk about money, but how to get on the same page regarding money, and come up with an agreed upon plan.

About the project

You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
